Payment Plans for Group Rafting Trips
Payment plans are for groups of 12 people or more.
W.E.T. River Trips established 1978

Many of our clients have asked us to devise a payment plan option for their convenience. All you have to do is ask for the payment plan that will work best for your particular group.

W.E.T. will work with you in providing the most convenient option in order to make your arrangements for your whitewater river trip.

Please feel free to call & ask any question. We want your business, and we want to provide the most professional experience from the handling of your funds and paperwork to the implementation of our California whitewater river trips.

Option A: Payment in Full
Your first payment is 100% of the total

Option B: Two payments
Your first deposit is 25% of the total
Second deposit is the balance

Option C: Three payments
Your first deposit is $25 per person
Second deposit + 1st deposit equals 25% of total
Third deposit is the balance

Option D: Several payments
Your first deposit is $50 per person collected by checks and sent

directly to W.E.T. Please note that returned checks have a $35 return fee for handling and may jeopardize the status of your trip. Subsequent payments may be sent either by the trip leader or the individuals themselves. All payments must be in our office 30 days prior to the trip date in order to clear personal checks. If checks or payments are not in our office, W.E.T. reserves the right to decrease the original count in order to compensate for the monies received. Our office will contact the trip leader 14 days before the trip to give the trip leader an opportunity to resolve any missing payments.

Only Options A, B & C offer free trips to organizers.
No free trips if you have received a special non-profit rate from our home office. In other words, the trip has already been discounted for your group. All initial deposits occur at the time of the reservation. Confirmation is sent via email. Depending on which plan you have opted for, the subsequent deposits are due within the next 30 days of the original deposit. All balances are due 30 days prior to the trip date. All trips booked within a two week period of the launch date must be paid in full by credit card or cashier’s check.
