I think I loved this movie because I thought it was about my river trip on the Grand Canyon. Yes, we got naked, too!
Something about long hair, hippie culture and going down the river seem to have cultivated a bond between people that I have never experienced before. These same people are still in my life. We may not socialize as much anymore, but I would do anything for this group of people if they ever asked.
Rafting on rivers is a compelling activity that has addicted more people than I could ever imagine. For those of you who experienced those wonderful 70's and 80's will be moved to tears when you watch this film. It will bring back a lot of fond memories about river trips that you have done in the past.
Watch this film with a fellow river runner. If you are younger, then watch it and find out why so many older rafters are such avid promoters of this sport! And try to do a Grand Canyon Colorado trip at least once in your lifetime...
