What to do after the trip

Nothing Goes together like beer and Rafting
Here at WET we love rafting, but a close second place may go to our love of beer. There may be nothing better than a nice cold beer after a day of whitewater rafting in the beautiful California foothills.
Lucky for us, the beginning and end of our Middle Fork and North Fork Trips is Auburn, CA. Auburn has become a destination for beer lovers from around California and surrounding areas. With many award winning options just minutes from our meeting place, a quick well crafted craft beer before hitting the road (please use a designated driver) can be the perfect ending to a well crafted adventure! On one of our 2 day combo trips and want us to handle the driving? Let us know and we can do this at a small additional cost to keep you safe!
Auburn Ale House
The Auburn Alehouse occupies one of the most historically significant structures in Auburn, and, arguably, in all of Placer County. With great food, a historic location, and award winning beers this is one you should not miss. Their Pilsner has won Gold at the Great American Beer Fest and their Gold Digger IPA is also a solid choice.
